Brody loves everything that is put in his mouth! He loves his carrots a little too much! But hey I am not complaining!

Relaxing weekend

We had a very relaxing weekend. Saturday we went to Tucson to do some shopping! I bought a console table with a mirror and lamp at Kirkland's. I think I could buy everything in that store! It is by far my favorite store! Brody got some clothes from Carter's and Cory got a puzzle!

5 months old!!!!

Brody turned 5 months in April 4th! My baby boy is growing so fast! Brody is so active these days. It is the most amazing thing staying home with him everyday and watching him grow. He does something new almost everyday it seems like! Here are his 5 month stats:

* rolls over both ways (front to back, back to front)

* sits up with support

* wears size 3 diapers

* wears 6 to 9 month clothing and in some cases 12 month (depending on the brand)

* still loves to jump in his jumper

* drinks 7 to 8 ozs every 3 1/2 to 4 hours

* eating solid foods...there is nothing this boy does not like!!

* loves bath time and kicks like crazy which gets me wet!

* starting to teeth...everything goes in the mouth to chew on

* recognizes me and Cory and gets very excited when he sees the dogs

* talks all the time

* loves to go for car rides

* still very good in restaurants (lets see how long that lasts)

* loves to pull hair and will laugh when I scream

* had his 1st sickness and visit to the ER

* loves playing with toys especially any teething toy that feels good to his gums

* makes spit bubbles

Brody you are such a joy and the center of our world!

Lane turns 2!!!

Lane turned 2 on March 25th. He is such a big boy now. We celebrated by going to Chuck E Cheese! Then we had his birthday party April 3rd at the park.

Brody's first Easter

Easter was a very exciting day for us! It was Easter (of course), Nana's birthday, and Brody turned 5 months! We went to an Easter egg hunt the weekend before Easter. Brody did not care for it much but Lane enjoyed himself! For Easter we decided to go to a park. We had the park all to ourselves. There was a lot of food, a family game of wiffle ball, little Easter egg, and a lot of fun family times!!
