Father's Day 2012

We had a very relaxed Father's Day.  We woke up and went to get McDonald's for breakfast because that is Cory's favorite! Then we came home and watched movies and Cory worked on his motorcycle. 

Daddy received a bucket of goodies. Some of his favorites include: Snickers, Junior Mints, Rollos, Reese's and orange Fanta, and a t- shirt!

While we were in Target, I told Brody to pick out a card and this was the one he picked out!

The inside says, "Nailed it."

I made chicken crock pot tacos for dinner which were delicious! We finished the day with a blizzard from Dairy-Queen.

Happy Father's Day Cory! You are an amazing daddy and Brody is so lucky to have you! We love you!

Memorial weekend 2012

Memorial weekend we went to the Omni in Tucson.  We went with some friends from here and it was so much fun. We headed up there on Friday early afternoon and headed home on Sunday.  We were poolside most of the time, BBQ'd, had smores, and a whole lot of drinks!. Hoping to do this again!

Before we headed home, we decided to stop by the zoo. Brody wanted to see the elephants and turtles!

1st movie

We took Brody to see Madagascar 3 on Saturday. It was his first time to see a movie at the theater.  He was so excited to go and kept saying, "movie, popcorn and icee!" We went to the earliest showing (12:35) but when we got there, the lady said it was packed and the only seating was the front row. So we decided to go ahead and buy tickets to the next showing (3:10) and went to eat lunch. We asked Brody what he wanted and he said, "TACO BELL!"

I went stood in line and went in to get seats while Cory and Brody played some games in the lobby.  Finally, it was time for the movie and Brody was stoked to have his popcorn, M&Ms and icee!

 He did really well for the most part but kind of started losing interest towards the end.  We finally left with maybe 15 minutes left in the movie because he peed through his pull-up and left him and Cory wet!
