Tucson Air Show!

Today we went to the Tucson Air Show. It was a lot of fun but man was it hot! After we saw the Thunderbirds, we decided to head out!! We were tired and wanted to get Brody into cooler weather!

We def. enjoyed this beautiful day! Brody and I are off to Texas tomorrow for 2 1/2 weeks! We will miss our daddy back home!

Just can't sit still!!

So lately Brody will not sit still for me to take a picture. He is always moving and it frustrates me!!! But when he finally looks at the camera, I usually get a good picture!

Brody loves his daddy! Cory always knows how to make him laugh! Brody is a very lucky boy!!!!

Brody loves to be thrown up in the air. That and jumping are his favorite things to do.

My birthday present...

Here are my gorgeous new curtains I got for my birthday! I love them and they bring some color into the living room which we needed!!!

Brody fell asleep in his car seat today and when I checked on him this is what I found:
He has been sucking on his two fingers lately. I need to break that habit real soon but he is just to cute when he does it!!!

I'm 25 today!

So today was my birthday! I am 25 years-old. We went to Tucson for the day to shop and eat. My husband told me to pick out anything I wanted and I found myself buying Mr. Brody boy everything!! He racked up at Gymboree, The Children's Place and Toys R US!! I finally got gorgeous curtains for our living room and a camera case that I have been wanting for awhile. Cory bought this Baby Bjorn carrier for Brody and I must say Brody loved it! We went into Ultimate Electronics (which is Cory's favorite new store) and Cory wore it with Brody in it to try it! He didn't want out!

Brody's Easter outfit

I got Brody's Easter outfit today! I love the brown and green so when I saw this at Gymboree, I had to get it! He will be wearing it with kaki pants that he already has. He is going to look so handsome!! I just need to find him some brown shoes.

Brody met the Easter bunny today. He was about to take a nap when we dragged him out of the stroller. Once Cory sat him in his lap, he just sat there and looked around. The lady took forever to take a picture. She finally did and right after, Brody started puckering his lip and then started crying!! He was so tired! I was able to take a picture right when he sat down. He is just looking at everything around him!

Let's try this cereal thing again...

So this morning Brody woke up around 8 am and we decided to try cereal again. Needless to say, he didn't like it again. I think he doesn't like the spoon so we are going to have to get him used to it soon!!!

We finally got our blinds!!

So we finally got our blinds! I wasn't sure if I was going to like the dark wood blinds but I absolutely love them!!! Cory did awesome putting them up. Here are some pics.

Brody's 4 month appointment

His face says it all!!!

Brody had his 4 month appointment today. Here are his stats:

* weight: 15 pounds (70th percentile)

* length: 26 in. (80th percentile)

* he got 3 more shots and an oral vaccine

* starts solid food

* tried rice cereal for lunch and did not like it!

* laughs out loud and talks all the time

* sleeps in his own bed throughout the night

* loves to be standing up

* wants to be in his jumper all the time

* turns to look at you when he hears your voice

* rolls over from front to back and almost rolls from back to front

* starting to grow out of 3 to 6 month clothing

* loves his car seat and going for car rides

* loves it when daddy throws him in the air

* loves to go on walks

* reaches for objects

* loves to play

* has a tight grip around toys

* loves to pull my hair!

* all around a very happy baby!!
