WE woke up around 8 A.M. and we all went into the living room so Brody could open his presents. It felt like Christmas! We had a sheet over the work bench and I had his card, a sword and a bucket with a shirt, smarties and 2 airplanes on top of the work bench. I gave him the bucket to go through first and of course all he saw was the package of smarties! So at 8 in the morning this little boy ate smarties!

After he opened his gifts, we got dressed and headed to IHOP for some breakfast.

When we got back, we relaxed and Brody played with his tool bench all afternoon!
Later in the afternoon, we went to Wal-Mart to get a cake and then to Little Caesars to get a pizza and bread sticks which are Brody's favorite thing to eat! He ate 2 bread sticks and a slice of pizza! Then we had cake! Cory took him to the bakery and let him pick out a cake and this is the one he wanted...Thomas the Train...shocker...NOT!

it's night time and he is still hard at work at his tool bench...love the light on it! Brody has to have it on at all times! When he is not playing with it, I go over and turn it off and he yells and goes and turns it back on! stinker!
Well that was Brody's birthday! It was a great day and went by way to fast! We are headed to Phoenix tomorrow for the weekend and we will be going to the zoo! Stay tuned for those pictures!
